Hopefully you can help me!!!
So I recieved a Request for Initial Evidence (I 485) the pink sheet, and basically says that my wife didn´t meet the 125% of poverty guideline. The USDHS marked already what we need, so it says that: Assets must equal three times the difference for a spouse or child of a United States citizen. We were short for $2,100 and that is the difference so we need three times the difference ($6,300) when we sent the package, we just had $3000 in our account and now we have more than the difference. My question is I have to follow what the USDHS put underline, because I did some research and I found that I have to multiply five times the difference wich will be $10,500, so I´m confused because that section is also on the pink sheet that the USDHS sent me. But they clearly put underline that the difference should be for three times. So hopefully somebody can help me.
