    Hello there,
I have some questions, sometimes I don't sleep thinking about it. Here you go:
    - When Real ID law will became in efect does people like in my case it's on Immigration proceedings adjustment how to get a national ID If I don't have legal papers? I have no criminal records even on my own country, I pay income taxes like anyone else. I am already received a latter from Immigration tell me my case has been aproved but there is no card avaliable on my category, I need to wait.
    - Filling for bankruptcy will make me unelegible for a Green Card?
If anybody can help I will appreciate that so much, Ed.

Yes the I-485 is the adjustment of status application. If you have this application (I-485) approved that means you are approved for adjustment to lawful permanent resident . If you don't have the I-485 application approved please let us know which one and just explain your case a little more like what did you file and when did you file and what is your priority date or date of filing.
And about your bankruptcy I think you are eligible and it won't effect your case to file for it but i am not sure really. I would consult an immigration and bankruptcy lawyer about it and as far as i know you need a lawyer to file it anyways.
