I entered the USA in 2013 as a student with F-1 visa. Husband and I married in June. We just got my medical exam paperwork back and are about to file the application. However, my husband lives in Alaska while I still have one semester of school left in Virginia. I am planning to travel back and forth during breaks between late August and early December and then I am moving up to Alaska permanently. I am not sure if I should put the Alaska address or Virginia address on the application since I am currently living in Alaska and will be moving back for good in December (which is during the green card process). Will they let me schedule biometrics appointment in Virginia? Thank you!!!

Get a couple of credit cards together. Did you both travel anywhere together and have pictures to document that? What about friends and family on both sides? Will they be willing to provide written proof of your relationship?
Also, the minimum income requirement for Alaska is the highest as compared to the rest 49 states. Did you file the I 864?Last edited by TarCas; 08-04-2016, 06:13 PM.
