Biometric letter lost in post

Hello, I submitted I-130, I-485, I-765 concurrently.
After getting the notification on July 13th, I moved twice that I think I might have missed the biometric letter.
I cannot find my case status from USCIS webpage and I also called them to check if they sent out the biometric letter, but they said that they do not have my information.
My receipt number starts with MSC.
Can somebody give me advice?

Make an appointment at your nearest USCIS field office, hurry because if you fail to show up at the appointed time for Biometrics your case will be considered abandoned
