No answers after Biometrics

June 6, 2016 - sent package to USCIS chicago lockbox
June 19 - Email from USCIS
June 22, 2016 - Received NOA (i-485, I-765, I-130)
June 29, 2016 - Received Biometrics Appointment by mail
July 6, 2016 -Biometrics appointment

I haven't anything after that.

July 25,2016 - Soft LUD (last update time) on all three cases (I-485, I-765,I-130) but no change in status.

My work authorization will expire on 8/19/2016. I do not know what to do? When do you think I can get it? I tried to call them but they said to wait on the 75th day to follow up. My 75th day would be 8/22/2016 by then I'd lose my job already.


Any comments or suggestions? Anyone with the same PD?

I filed my case in Dallas, TX.

Here is my timeline:

February 29, 2016 - sent package to USCIS lockbox by my attorney
March 4, 2016 - USCIS received the package (I-485, I-765, and I-131)
April 8, 2016 - Biometrics appointment
April 28, 2016 - I-765 and I-131 were approved (USCIS website)
May 5, 2016 - Received I-765 and I-131 card (combine)
August 19, 2016 - Still waiting for interview

I was worried like you when I didn't receive my EAD because mine expired on May 10, 2016 and I have a job. It came in five days before it expired! I think you will receive it right before it expires, just need to be patient. For the worst case, you could talk to your supervisor about your situation and see if he or she would be able to help you.

We have the same case and the PD is a few days different, my case updated like you but mine July 24th, I called USCIS last week they said the case is within the time frame and if I don't hear from then call back at the end of the month, I filled from NY what about you?

USCIS regulation allows up to 90 days for the Service to processing I-765 Application for Employment Authorization. After that period you can file inquiry (by calling 800# or place e-inquiry online under the "beyond normal processing time" tab). I-485 Application usually takes 6-9 months for adjudications. There are ways to push for a decision if you believe it takes too long.
