    J1 waiver and AOS

    Hi,

    I have my EB1 I140 approved recently but i need a clarification regarding doing AOS. I was on J2 and my spouse got J1 waiver from the DOS in 2014. My question is can I file I485 now with the J1 waiver approval notice or should I wait until my spouse completes 3 year waiver requirement?

    Please advise.
