Looking for advice / clarification on moving to a new employer please.
I was admitted to the United States on an L1A blanket visa sponsored by current employer (company a). I have been contacted and have a job offer with a new company (company b) who are willing to sponsor any adjustment / change of status and they are currently assessing options.
Since I entered on a L blanket visa (with company A's I-797) do you know if there is a process to change to a L individual as opposed to waiting for H1-B processing next year?
