Hi!
I just had my AOS (from k1) interview 3 weeks ago. For me it's kind of weird..this is what happened. Me and my husband came for our interview. The immigration officer asked ONLY ME to raise my right hand if i tell the truth I said yes, then she asked for my id (EAD). After that he proceed to yes/no questions and my answers are all no (don't have any bad record). Is usually both of you take oath infront of immigration officer? After that she did not even asked about our married life, joint documents, pictures or anything. During the AOS submission we did not include all of those stuff even my i693 I forgot to gave. At the end of the interview she handed us a piece of paper "USCIS UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR CASE AT THIS TIME. YOUR CASE BEING CONTINUED UNTIL FINAL DECISION CAN BE MADE" no check under what category it belongs. and said not yet finished with my background check. You think there is something wrong? Anyone same experience?
