Calculating household memebers
I am a greencard holder presently residing in USA with my uncle who is a doctor and a US citizen. My uncle is financially supporting me and he submitted I864 for me as well, couple of years back. I am a self employed babysitter. I am married and my husband and two sons are residing in our parent country. I am now sponsoring my two sons, one of them being over 21 years. My uncle will submit I864 along with mine, for both my sons. I will sponsor my husband later as he is presently running a business in our parent country. How should I calculate my household members now?

I see that you are the petitioner and your uncle is the joint-sponsor in this case.
You will need to submit 2 sets of Form I-864.
Your household size = # of person claim in your Federal Tax Return (1040) + # of intended immigrant(s)
Your uncle's household size = # # of person claim in his Federal Tax Return (1040) + # of intended immigrant(s) + 1 (you as the green card holder your uncle previously sponsored)
