The processing time for the charlotte office as of June 30th is February 28th. Does that mean that it will take another 4 months before they get to my case ?
I applied for a green card based on marriage
My timeline is as follows:
5/25/16 sent forms
5/31/16 uscis received
6/6/16 received the receipt notice
8/15/16 case changed to your AED has been approved
8/20/16 received my ead card in the mail.

For some reason I think it's taking way too long. My brothers wedding is in December and I want to travel to be there. I haven't been back home in 20 years. Hopefully I'll get my interview soon is anyone else think is taking too long ?

The online processing times can be pretty inaccurate. For my office it lists Dec. 2015 as the currently processed cases and I already had my interview, although I didn't file until April.

I agree! I think we spoke before on another thread Carlos. Im also an NC Charlotte filer

June 27 USCIS accepted my cases I130 I485 I765
July I received hard copies of receipts
Biometrics done July 29

my 90 days to receive my work card is coming up end of Septemeber and I havent even heard anything about that yet

The whole time we were filing the Charolotte office was current on filing times and now it says Feb 18. I dont understand how they had such a fall back so quickly. I hope for the both of us this doesnt delay the process

EAD card received Aug 5, 2016
As of June 29th case is ready to be scheduled to an interview since then keeps changing every month (July 27th and Aug 26th)
