adjustement for k1

I entered the US on a K-1 visa, and am now in the process of applying for adjustment of status. There seems to be a lot of redundant paperwork.
Is it necessary to fill out the same forms again, such as: the I-864 (affidavit of support), G-325A (biographic data sheet), and I-693 medical examination sheet (even the vaccinations)?
It is fustrating because at customs they took all these documents and are still in possession of them.
