IMP questions on filling AOS Forms - F1 student married US citizen! Please help !

1. I-765 <work authorization card>

What option should i choose under “I am applying for,” ----> 1. “Permission to accept employment.” 2. Replacement OR 3. Renewal of my Permission to accept employment.

I have an EAD card right now under my F1 visa which expires on Sep 29th 2016. There is confusion over option 1 & 3 mostly.

2. I-864 <affidavit of support>

Talking about PART 6 - Sponsors Employment & Income, here they give an option to add other household members income details, We have decided to include my income so that i can show that i have been working and can contribute and support myself financially, now as far i know, because i am the principal immigrant i do not need to fill a separate form I-864A(contract between sponsor & household member).

Further they ask details about last 3 years taxes.

Q1. Do you recommend submitting W2's for all 3 years or tax returns would be sufficient? Btw he only has copies of his W2 for 2015, he does not have copies for years 2013/2014.Can we submit W2 just for 2015 and tax return for 2013/2014/2015? OR we need to locate all the W2's?

Q2. Do i have to submit my W2 and tax returns as well because we have included my income in the household?

3. G-1145 <E notification form>

Do i need to file a separate G1145 for each form we are submitting so total would be 4? Or just 1 is enough for the entire packet?

4. G-325A <biographic information, filled by Him (petitioner/sponsor) & Me (alien spouse) total 2 need to be filled.
This form is submitted in connection with an application for ---> 1. Naturilization 2. Status As Permanent Resident 3. Others
G-325 filled by a U.S. citizen, what option should he choose?
The Alien spouse (ME) should check which option on the form ?

1. Check "3".
2. If you are legally eligible to work now, add your income to sponsors's income on form I-864, then do a separate I-864A for you, as "immigrant."
3. No need to use last 3 years tax returns. Only include most recent tax return copy, 2015. Include 2015 W2's for both of you and employment verification documents.
4. A single G-1145 on front of entire package.
5. Include a G-325A for each of you with the I-130, and a separate G-325A for your spouse for the I-485. In all cases, check "Permanent Resident."
