3 months passed, no travel card

3 months passed since applying for I131 Travel Card, besides showing receipt date 3 months ago, no indication that card has been issued, is this usual? I thought that one receives it no later then 90 days after receipt date? Please advise.

Call and make a service request

Hi,call to the number on the bottom of the receipt and make a service request.
One can file a service request after 75 days of filing EAD and also one can make service request for Travel document(AP) 90 days past filing and seems like you passed 90 days.if you call and make service request they will approve within 2-3 days if everything (documents)is enough for the decision (if you havent received any RFE,and if received ,I assume that you have responded in time frame)

Hi Msregister,

Did you call USCIS about your travel card? If so, what did they tell you? Mine is delayed also, they told me to wait till mid September to call if I haven't heard anything about it. Today is day 127 and i still haven't heard anything. (I got my EAD on day 97).

As frustrating as it might be - EAD and AP cards appear to be taking particularly long these days. In most cases close to or over 90 days. No worries, it's not your case that's causing problems. Many people are going through the same. Give them a call, submit a service request, and keep checking your online status.
