How to get Birth Certificate from Saudi Arabia?

We are in last step of green card (adjustment of status), my birth place was Saudi Arabia but I m an Indian National. We want to apply through cross chargability. I don't have my birth certificate from Saudi Arabia. It has been misplaced and we have no details about it.
I was able to get birth certificate from Indian consulate in USA based on entries in passport and I also have affidavits from my parents but I am afraid uscis will not accept this and will for birth certificate from saudi ministry.

We left Saudi Arabia long time back and I have no clue how do I get my birth certificate from there or what alternatives can I present.

Please advice.

Hi,

I was born in Saudi Arabia too, but I have a birth certificate from my home country. I used it to apply. I don’t think there’s a problem with using a birth certificate from your home country/embassy as long as it’s an official document.

They should have it in Saudi Arabia , call the consulate and give them the details and I’m sure they can do something ..
to have the one from India will be based on the one fro KSA ..

My daughter was born in Saudi Arabia and we have her birth certificate but when she got her green card we only sent the birth certificate from our home country and USCIS didn’t ask for the one from Saudi Arabia
