Interview no decision due to missing document

I had my interview on Tuesday august 30th due to missing document (check background from 5 years,I only provided it from the city I'm leaving now for 1 year.
Any experiences?

I feel your pain. I thought i had everything ready until the officer asked me if i had been arrested and i said yes. I gave them the same sheriffs letter showing my case from 10 years ago was dismissed but he wanted the actual court disposition. I was a little crush that he did not give me an approval on the spot and its been already 4 days since i submitted the certified disposotion.
