Does anybody know how long we are going to receive an answer from USCIS?
Application was sent and received on December 28, 2015
Interview was done on July 18, 2016
Did not apply for Advance Parole
IO at the interview just gave us a paper saying case under review and wait for 120 days before inquiring.
Are you in the same situation? Do you know how long we are going to wait again?
Background: adjusting from H1B valid till 2018. Married since 2012. Have a kid. Planning on traveling in December.
