hello, my nephew is applying for his mother who overstayed in US, but worked and paid taxes.
what is others experiences with this type of case?
we've mailed her application for both petition i-130 and greencard applicatoin i-485
received both receipts for them and now just waiting for the fingerprint. What else should we be looking forward to? will there be any interview if everything is sent complete?
could everyone share me their experiences and processing time please.
