I am on L1 and my wife is on L2 with Employment permit. She is an RN and currently passed all exams for green card processing.
I was looking at all the forms required, I 140,, 485 and 765 and saw in 765 it is mentioned if you are on L1/L2 you are not supposed to apply with this.
What is that mean ? Whether both of us can apply 485 and 765 together ?
Our L visa will expire in Aug this year!
