Name on I-485 form

Hi,

My wife came to the U.S. on a Fiance Visa (K-1). The name that I applied for the initial petition with is not the same as the name on the visa. This is due to the fact that the naming system in her country of origin uses 4 names instead of three. So when I applied I used name: (1)(2)(3) and it shows up as (1)(2)(3)(4). So i was wondering what should i do in the I-485 form? Same as the original petition or same as the name on the visa?

Your I-485 form and all other forms in your Adjustment package should show your wife's married name, in a format agreeable with both of you and which would provide the least possibility of trouble in satisfying Adjustment reviewers.
