I-485 Denied due to travel without advance parole

Hi - My i485 (through marriage) was denied because of traveling outside without AP. I had a valid TN at the timeeting of travel. The denial letter says I should leave the country asap since my TN has now expired. My EAD is also invalid after the denial.

What are my options?
1. Can I file a new i485 since the i130 is aproved, and still stay and work in US.
2. If I have to leave US can I still apply and get a new TN?

Here is what I think that has happened.
You have I-485 filed. Since you have an EAD, I assume you also have filed I-765 for AP and EAD. Once you have EAD, that cancels your other visa status (e.g. TN or H etc.)

For the options I don't know as I am not an immigration lawyer. You may want to search the forums and\or seek legal advice.
