  • I 485 pending for a long time

Hi, I'm waiting for my employment based 1st preference I 485 to be approved. Priority date is 12/23/2015, I 485 application sent on Feb 1 2016.
The status still says fingerprint fee was received, even though I had my fingerprints done in March.
In the meantime, NSC is already processing cases of Feb 2. Response to my online inquiry was that the inquiry can't be created because my case is still within normal processing times, even though it is past their posted dates

My PD date on Sep-4th 2015. Nothing update. Waiting for local office to schedule a interview. I submit inquiry( if I did not hear anything within 90 days then contact them ). Today I contact them no answer, just told me still pending just wait.

Jonathan, I hope you hear back from them soon. Is your case also at Nebraska Service Center? I'm assuming you got your fingerprints done a long time ago as well?
I called the USCIS today and created the inquiry. They promised to reply via mail in 15-30 days
