Interview went without any problem . IO did not say approve or deny. She just gave a paper saying to wait for 120 days. She was an intimidating middle age african american woman. We are still waiting and no words so far.

What do you guys think?

PS: I am on H1B till 2018. Have been married for over 3 years and have a kid.

You not alone I'm having the same problem, I have applied since Dec 18th 2015 and I had my interview on the 11th of July 2016. Up till this moment I never hear anything from them, it really baffling me I hope they approve our case.

I'm in the same boat. Interview has done a month ago, still my case status is " interview is schedule for such date". CSR are repeating the same answer that my application is within normal processing time. But Field office time line is not that accurate. Some people got the GC already before the timeline date. But my I 130 has been approved 2 weeks after the interview. I m just curious how is your I 130 processing status and I 485 status?
