    Ead

    I applied for a EAD but I put category (a9) after reviewing it last night I realized that I should have put (c9) because I am applying based on my marriage to a USC and my pending I-485. USCIS did not send me a RFE however I want to fix this error before my case gets denied. What should I do?

    Pd: 06.15.16 it's been more than 90 days
