    Hello already submitted my aos
    I was checking uscis website and get this
    Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed
    On September 16, 2016, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt

    What does it means ? Is it regarding my i864 ?????

    Don't panic, you either forgot to include a document or they found an irregularity and are requesting clarification.
    If it is the Aff. of Support they are very confusing to fill out. So sit back and wait till you get the notification.

      Don't worry about it, just send what they are asking and you will be fine. They asked me twice now for initial evidence, the first one that I sent I forgot adding my household number and now they are asking this information plus my husband's tax return form 1040 for 2015 (which we sent before) and more evidences that he can support financially our family of 4, they are saying his income is under the 125% poverty guide line (which it is not). So I'll send all the information again plus letters explaining them.
