I have been working at the same place for almost 6 years, since I was 16 unlawfully. I am now about to apply for AOS, will this be a problem?

if you weren't caught, it likely won't come up now. once you receive your work permit, you can't send them a letter saying you've been working for the past X years since the ead is valid from the day it is issued.
FYI, if you want to work, having no work permit, you can obtain an tax id number (ITIN) and once you "work", have them give you a 1099 (self employed income form).
