I131 after 485 submitted

I've already submitted all the documents for my wife and the 485 but now due to processing times, we need to travel to her home country. If I file the I131 now will that cause any problems with my 485 application? The 485 was accepted and she goes for Bio metrics next week.

You should have submitted the I-131 at the same time as the I-485. Same with I-765. But if you have the receipt NOA confirming acceptance of he I-485, you can now submit the I-131, but expect processing tgime for the I-131 to take about 3 months.
