Thanks a lot for your answers!Helped me a lot to understand better about these visas and everything related to it!

I just wish that it would be a solution for me to work until i can adjust my status and apply for that employment card.

In december i'll have 6 months since i am under tourist visa!In aug i applied for i-130( permanent resident). My petition will be approved in the beginning of January! If i extend my tourist visa with another 6 months, what will happen after that!Because it will take time till a visa no will be available.I will be illegal here until my priority date is ready?
      Thank you for the advice!

Once your visa and any extension expires, you will be a visa overstay and have no legal status in the U.S.

Good afternoon Anca, I suggest it may be time for you to consult an immigration attorney.
The issue is if you overstay your visa you become "Out of Status" based on your I-94 expiration date. Even if you renew while being Out of Status CBP will be required to start removal proceedigs.
USCIS has a link for you to review and tells of all the variables: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...urces/C2en.pdf
