I got my interview letter on Aug 9th..my interview is slated for El Paso. Sept 30...my wife is pregnant, due Oct 2nd.. But the last visit to the hospital explains she would deliver her baby Sept 26....
I called to reschedule, a case file was opened and an officer was assigned.. I received a letter explaining a new date would be set but don't know how soon... I do check online for my I485 status, it still states interview to be Sept 30....
A friend of mine advised me to visit the unit I'm el Paso alone, go in with supporting documents from the doctor and our child bc, if issued by then with pictures.... My question is, would they even hear my side of the while scenario since my petioner isn't there with me? Should I go to d interview as advised or I chill for a new date (only God knows when)...
