I have received te request of initial evidence, because my wife's mom, did not meet the 125%poverty guidelines for the joint sponsor.
My question is:
Should my wife re-file again her I-864 with her tax transcript and W2 1099 ecc and the new sponsor's I-864 plus taxes and documents or just the new sponsor stuff?
