O-1 visa expiring while waiting for EAD (I-130 & I-485 concurrent filing)
Hi,
Trying to keep it short. Here's my question: I'm currently employed at a company and I would like to keep it that way. I personally filed my I-130 & I-485 along with an EAD and AP request (marriage based concurrent filing) which the USCIS received on September 7th
My current O-1 visa is expiring on September 30th. Is it definitive to assume I can't be employed from Sept. 30th until my EAD gets approved?
