my household is 5
my joint sponsor household is 3
he already sponsor someone

From what you said, your joint sponsor's household size will be 4 because he already sponsored somebody.

But if your sponsor is making 56,000 then you do not need to have a joint sponsor for a household of 5 provided you're in the 48 contiguous states. Does your sponsor live with you?
