Case pending and wife problem

I filed a permanent residence application last year December and my work authorization was approved after 6months of waiting, and up to this moment my I never get the EAD card, even after I did my interview in July I never hear anything concerning the whole application. The main problem now is that my American wife is starting to act funny and she is telling me she won't be coming with me for the second interview if I ever have to do so, and I'm very scared at the moment. And she has been abusive towards me before of my health situation, she told me she is tired of the marriage, she doesn't want to marry a sickle cell person that go to the hospital every time. Pls I need help.
