Hello,
I hope somebody can analyze my situation and give me some advice.
Timeline:
November 2014: got married
March 2015: All applications submitted
On June 8, 2015, EAD card delivered
The Boston field office scheduled us for an interview on October 6, 2015 at 2pm. my wife was first called in and lasted for about 30 mins. I was the second to join and IO interrogated me for another 30 mins with my wife present. I answered all the questions correct and the IO congratulated us. He took my EAD card and I-94, with the assurance that my green card will arrive in the mail within 10 business days.
when we got home I checked my uscis online portal and it stated that "On October 6, 2015 we updated your name for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status". It will be one year coming October 6, 2016 since we got that assurance from the Boston field office but nothing. I booked two diiferent info-pass sometime this year and all they kept saying was that the case was being reviewed by a supervisor.
PLEASE HELP WITH ANY ADVICE!!
I hope somebody can analyze my situation and give me some advice.
