Its been 4 months exactly after interview and no info at all!anyone in same situation at Oakland Park office in Fort Lauderdale?

Feb 2016- no answer from them, did an info pass
March 2016- stokes interview ( it was gruesome, the officer was not nice and it lasted 5 hours) she told me to wait 30 days for a response from her
October 2016- still no response
my friend went to the oakland office on oct 13 and got his green card oct 22. So i really dont know whats going on
