I-485 rfe decision time frame

I got RFE for i-485 regarding Medical EB2 . Sent back Rfe and received by Texas Service center on July 28,2016. No decision even after passing 2 months ,how much time they are taking for decision now a days? I know their typical time is 60 days . Can some one share experience.

My spouse's case got RFE too and his documents were received by Nebraska office on August 10th 2016. He is also approaching the 60 days mark but no news still.
