i-485 evidence question

I might be thinking too much into this question, but on the instructions on how to fill out this form, "Initial Evidence" 10. Evidence of Eligibility...A. Based on an immigrant petition
Attach a copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a visa number immediately available to you, or submit a complete relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military petition that, if approved, will make a visa number immediately available to you."

..if I am already filing form i-130 Petition for Alien relative, is this the evidence of eligibility they are referring to?

"Initial Evidence" refers to your background such as a criminal record, or if you are coming from Europe do you have a "Police Clearance" etc. Also Initial evidence refers to your passport, birth certificate etc.
Also you should include your "Notice of Action" form 797c for receipt of USCIS that you were sponsored by a US citizen for immediate relative/spouse if you are filing seperately for AOS.
