    Priority Date Confusion

    Hi everyone,

    For some reason I'm unable to understand/analyze the priority date system.
    Can someone please assist me?
    Example: If my priority date is October 3,2016 for NSC and field office will be Baltimore Md, what does it mean for approximate wait time?
