I am in Philadelphia local office. My pd is July 5th, 2016. The online status is still showing that fringer print fee is received. I have already done the finger print on 8/8/2016. Is there anyone know when I will receive the interview schedule notice?

Check the processing time for your local office. Cases are moving pretty slow for most places like NYC, parts of NJ and Philly for example I expect an interview 8-12 months of filing which is well into next year. My friend filed in March and her status still says ready to schedule. Just to give you an idea. Really depends on where you are filing from. So check on the uscis website for your area.
