We mailed 130 and 485 concurrently 8/29/16 and included was the medical 693 sealed in an envelope from the Civil Surgeon. We received notice that the 765 was approved and we should receive EAD in the mail soon. However, we also received notice that my husband should bring a current and signed 693 to interview. Does this mean they lost the original that I sent? The original 693 was dated 8/3/16 and package was sent on 8/29/16 so it definitely was not out of date and I have a copy of the documents the C.S. sent and they were signed. Should I contact USCIS and ask if it was lost or if there was a problem with the forms? Has anyone else experienced this?
