RFE i-485 Lawful Entry into the USA

Oct. 19,2016 – Received TXT Case update for RFE I-485. "Evidence of lawful admission into the USA."

I don't have my passport with visa and I-94. I have records that I requested by FOIA/DHS.

Question:

Guys , USCIS will accept my records as evidence?

Any input/opinion will be welcome... TY

You can get a print out of your last entry from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/ when you come in they put it into the system. It has to match your passport and it ask for your passport number.
