EB1 C (Texas) I-485 Extended Review
Hi,
My case was filed on 3rd of Dec 2015.
EAD- 12th Feb
I-140 9th May.
Filed SR for I-485 status on 5th of Oct 2016 and got response from USCIS that my case is in extended review and that is causing the delay. What is this extended review? Can anyone has experienced same and share his time lines. How long it takes to get confirmation from extended review. This is really frustrating.
