EB1C - Primary aproved, dependent pending

recently got my (primary) I-485 approved. But my wife`s still shows pending (finger print fee ..). Is it normal? I thought both applications are processed same time. Anyone is in same boat?
any suggestions on what should I do next to followup on my wife`s case.
