PERM in BALCA appeal and married to USC

Hello. i need some help or input.
My PERM is just currently on BALCA appeal status and my H1b extension is on pending status. I just married to US citizen for a month and would like to file adjustment status through my spouse. What should i tell Balca/DOL/USCIS ?What should I do? Do I withdraw the appeal from BALCA? or just let it be and file adjustment status through my spouse?
