Our AOS was denied ,
Received denial letter stating that we failed to have enough proof of lawful entrance.
What should I do stressing

If you have no legal status at the moment do not reapply. You can be "banned for 3 years" if you reapply. If you have legal entry like an I-94 or a visa make sure you take those papers to a lawyer and ask them why USCIS did not accept them. Good luck
