Submitted I 485 three years ago what is the next step

I know the title seems kind of out of place I submitted my I485 about three years ago and because of pending criminal. Matters I was advised by my attorney to let at least two years pass to show immigration that I have been out of trouble and been a productive civilian. It's been three years since my attorney filed the I 45 my I 130 was approved so now my question is what is my next step how do I continue the process for the i485 it has already been submitted do I contact you Uscis
