hi
i'm on h1 and my wife is on h4.my h1 is expiring in oct of this year(2004).and this is my 6th year.i've applied for ead,i-485 and advance parole all together during feb 2004.i've recieved the approval notice for all 3 of them during the 3rd week of march and i've also the finger printing in april mid....after finger printing can we travel to india or should we wait till we get advance parole...i dont have any idea abt it...hope some one can help me
