i got an rie from uscis and i am a bit confused heere.
*** "the sponsor's household size" on the petioner/sponsors form i-864, affidavit of support was calculated incorrectly or not completed. Ahouse holdsixe of 0 or 1 is not acceptable. I actually wrote 2 i.e myself and my joint sponsor, do i have to incluse my wife with the dependant under my jiont sponsor ? Pls help.

Could you clear up some confusion on my part please?
I'm guessing you are the benficiary?
Is your spouse your Petitioner?
The I-864 on page 4 Part 5 is asking for all members in your household, thats you, your spouse and your/her child=3 Total

. yes adrain i am the beneficiary. we donot have any children together . so i guess its should be an house hold size of 2. because on the page two of the form i-864 i ticked yes in number one (i am sponsoring the major immigrant in part 2) that makes the total number in number 28 =1. proceeding to page 4 part 5 of the form ( sponsors householdsize) no.1 =1, no.2( persons not sponsored in this affidavit) yourself =1, no.3 (if you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse) =1. and i answered 0 in no.4,5,6,7 and will my total be 3 or 2 because i am the same person in no.1 and no.3.
