Filing for my husband

Hello All!

My Husband is from Jamaica and I am a US citizen. He entered the US on a visitor visa last year before we met and it is now expired.(9 months exp) We were married a month ago and now we are trying to start the filing process, its a lot of information and I am not sure what files we need complete.
Can it all be sent in together?
He is not working right now, we cook from home and sell plates. I am working full time. How much money does it cost to file? How long does the process take? We can't afford a lawyer right now and we want to file before prices change. Thank you all

Yes, I-130 and I-485 (and optionally I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP) should be sent together. Right now the fee for I-130 is $420 and the fee for I-485 is $1070 (and then there is also the cost for medical which depends on the civil surgeon), but they will go up by a lot on Dec 23, so make sure to file before then.
