I797 haven't recieved yet

hi everyone,

I mailed my AOS package on 21st Nov by UPS, Package was delivered on 23th Nov. It's almost two weeks passed away and I haven't received any email or text notices from uscis yet. I'm starting to worry abt my application. Anyone has any ideas about that? Is that normal to take that long?

Hello Cindy, as long as you have your USPS receipt don't worry. It usually takes 10-14 days for USCIS to issue you your Notice of Action.

My packet was mailed on Nov 7th. I received the I797 on Nov 28th and it had a received date of Nov 8th, and Notice date of Nov 22. I don't think you have anything to worry about yet.

Still on thesame moving vehicle, I mailed my AOS package to Chicago USCIS on 11/25/2016 and from usps tracking number, it was delivered on 11/27/2016. From the day of delivery till today, I haven't heard from USCIS. Should I worry about that or not. Although I tried calling USCIS,and they told me that they couldn't find my information in their computer and that I should email the list of forms and my information I filed to the Lockbox.
Is this normal guys, I need your advice please.

They said that the respond inquiries based on the way the received them, in other words, after 15 days of writing to them they said .
Try to call or email them.
