birth certificate (i am an adopted child)

i was not born in hospital and thus i dont have an official birth certificate from hospital. And i dont know my birth parents.
So how am i going to provide the birth certificate? I am from China.

Go to your local notary office, as long as you and your parents under the same "hukou", you can ask them for a birth certificate.
